Yesterday, Shaykh spoke about the Hajj in the weekly Wednesday lesson.....
Hadeeth by Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah رضي الله عنه,who narrates that:
Rasulullah صلي الله عليه و سلم was asked,
"what are the best deeds?"
Rasulullah صلي الله عليه و سلم said,
"Having faith in Allah and His Rasul (صلي الله عليه و سلم )"...
It is essential for every person to have faith. Not having faith is a grave sin and all his other good actions will also be in ruin as Allah says in Qur'an...
Example from my Respected Teacher:
Non-believers, who do charitable work, are doing good deeds, but commit "shirk". Those people will receive their reward in the world but not in the hereafter. Those, who believe and do good deeds, will receive reward in the world and the hereafter
INSHA'ALLAH
Further on....
Rasulullah صلي الله عليه و سلم said,
If we are going for Hajj then we should aim for an accepted Hajj "Maqbool Hajj".
Whilst performing Hajj:
*One must avoid committing major and minor sins
If one cannot perform many good deeds, however one must stay away from class sins inshallah his/her's Hajj will be accepted by Allah subhana wa'tallah. If that's the case...
*One will return as though he/she is pure and sinless as he was at the time of his birth
My respected Teacher gave a very amazing example on this statement:
As Rasulullah سلي الله عليه و سلم said,
May Allah increase the knowledge of My Respected Teacher and let us all benefit from it. Aameen.

"As for those who disbelieve, their deeds are like a mirage in a desert. The thirsty one thinks it to be water, until he comes up to it, he finds it to be nothing, but he finds Allah with him, who will pay him his due (Hell). And Allâh is Swift in taking account"

Example from my Respected Teacher:
"When one wears new clothes and falls into dirt, his clothes are dirty; So when a person does good deeds whilst committing "shirk" it is like good deeds covered in dirt"
